Cancellations and exchanges cannot be made for this reason.

Bamboo tube: If you want to use flower arranging water with this product, please fill the water into the bamboo tube provided.

Double-sided tape: Use the release paper with red letters on the product side and the release paper with black letters on the wall or pillar side.

Regarding shipping charges: Shipping charges: Flat rate of 660 yen. Additional charges will apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands and large items. Please contact us for more information.

Regarding delivery date and time, if the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days. If the item is out of stock, it will generally be shipped within 10 business days after your order. However, this may change depending on the lumber procurement situation, etc.
For "made-to-order" and "custom-made" products, in principle, items will be shipped within three business days of receiving the order. However, this may vary depending on factors such as the availability of lumber.
